Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a California Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a car accident in California he was 55 years old.
The tragic news was announced by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company he co-founded.
The celebrated industry figure passed away following his vehicle was involved in a crash and caught fire on a freeway in Los Angeles on Sunday morning, US media outlets report.
"We are facing an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince's loved ones, his loved ones, and all those touched by his legacy," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts commented.
